Returns
What items are returnable?*

  • Reach out to us within 3 days from the date of delivery
  • Items in unused and resellable condition
  • In the original packaging.

If the item received is damaged.

  • Reach out to us within 3 days from the date of delivery, we will resolve the issue as soon as possible.

Missing items in the package

To cancel your order: Please email us at care@poomer.net, or WhatsApp us at +91 9159022255, prior the order being shipped.

Exchanges (if applicable)**
If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at care@poomer.net, or WhatsApp us at +91 9159022255.

*For Hygiene and Safety Reasons, we are not accepting returns or exchange for our Face Masks and Inner Wears.

**All the conditions of Returns will be applicable for Exchanges also.

We have our own manufacturing factory and inventory located in SF. NO 597/1 C2, Sevanthampalayam Road, Vaikkalmedu, Muthanampalayam, Tirupur, Tamil Nadu, 641606, India, and service delivery timeline is 2 to 7 days.
